How to disable hibernation in Windows XP?

You follow below steps to disable hibernation in Windows XP.

Step:

  1. Click on Start Menu.
  2. Then click on Control Panel.
  3. After that click on Performance and Maintenance.
  4. Then click on Power Option.
  5. In the Power Options Properties window,click on Hibernate tab.
  6. Then clear the Enable hibernation check box.
  7. After that click on Apply button, and then click on OK.


This is how you can disable hibernation in Windows XP.
