Steps:

1.  Open the file you want to take screenshot of.
2.  Press ALT+PRINT SCREEN key but hold down the ALT key and then press the PRINT SCREEN key. The PRINT SCREEN key is near the upper right corner of your keyboard.
3. After that open Microsoft paint.
4. Then click on Edit menu and click on Paste.
5. After that click on  file menu and click on save as.
6. Then type the file name and select save as type (JPEG) then click on save Button.

Your document  save in your selected folder.
