How to activate administrator account in Windows XP?

You follow below steps to activate administrator account in Windows XP.

Steps:
  1. Click on Start menu.
  2. Then Click on Control Panel.
  3. After that click on switch it to classic view on the right hand side of the control panel window.
  4. Then double click on Administrative Tool.
  5. After that double click on Computer Management.
  6. Then computer management window opens on the left hand side there will be a list of options and click on Local users and groups .
  7. Then click on  Users folder.
  8. After that the right hand side give list of users right click on Administrator.
  9. Then click on Properties.
  10. Then click on General tab.
  11. After that Click on Account is disabled check box 
  12. Then click on Apply button.
  13. Then Click on OK button.
