How to password protect a zip file in Windows XP?

You follow below steps to password protect a zip file in Windows XP.

Steps:

1. Right click on selected folder(abc) you want to create a zip.
2. Then select send to and click on compressed (zipped) folder.
   
3. Then click on Yes button.
4. There are create your zip file right click on abc.zip file.
5. Then click on Explorer.
   
6. After that click on File Menu and then click on Add password.
   
7. Then type Password and Conform Password.
8. Then click on OK button.
