How to lock a folder in Windows XP?

You follow below steps to lock a folder in windows xp.

Steps:

1. Right click on the folder.
2. Then click on "add to archive". 
   
3. Click on  Advanced tab.
4.  Then select "set password" button and click.
   
5. After that type password and type reenter password then select "Encrypt file names". Check this box.
6. After that click on OK button.
