  You follow the below steps to delete a user account in Windows XP.

 Steps:

1. Click on Start.
2. Move mouse cursor on control panel & click on Control panel.
3. Then click on User Accounts in Pick a category.
   
   
   
4. After that user Account window open then click on User Accounts.
   
5.  Select your user name then click on This User(for ex.Fortitude).
   
6. Then you click on Delete the Account.
   
7. If you've already backed up everything important on this user account, you can safely click "Delete files". If you didn't, then you should click "Keep files".
