Steps: 

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Then click on Tools menu.
3. After that click on Internet Options.
   
4. Then click on Privacy tab.
5. Then click on Advanced button.
   
6. After that check on Override automatic cookie handling.
7. Then in First-party Cookies click on Accept radio button .
8. Then in Third-party Cookies click on Accept radio button.
9. Then click on ok button.
   
10. After that click on Apply and OK button.
11. Then close Internet explorer.
