• Click on start button.
• Then click on Run tab.
• After that open Run dialog box,Type command "ntbackup.exe".

• Open the Backup or Restore Wizard & then click on Next button.

• Select Back up file and settings then click on Next button.

• Click on Browser button & select location where you will save your backup.
• After that Type backup file name then click on save button & click on Next Button.

• After that backup progress window open .Completing backup wizard  then click on Finish Button.
